We offer a few shipping methods for items purchased on our website. We strive to have your order fulfilled as quickly as possible. This is why we have partnered with local retailers to fulfill bike orders from their local in-store stock. However, if a bike is not available via local stock, we will have one shipped just for you!

If there is more than one item on your order, you may have multiple shipments – in which case, you will get multiple emails, each listing the item shipped with its own tracking number.

Bikes from local stock

All bikes being fulfilled via local dealer stock will be prepared at the selected retailer. Bikes may already be pre-assembled or require additional assembly time. No shipment tracking will be provided; instead, you will receive an email notification for when the item is available for pickup.

Destination Fees:

  • Bike: $50
  • E-Bike: $85
  • Alaska & Hawaii orders: $250

The destination fee is non-refundable or negotiable.

Bikes shipped from our warehouse

All bikes being shipped from our warehouse will be shipped by a local logistics partner. You will receive an email notice once the order has shipped with tracking information and a link to the logistics partner website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update. 

Destination Fees:

  • Bike: $50
  • E-Bike: $85
  • Alaska & Hawaii orders: $25

Local logistics partners:

Gear shipped from our warehouse

Gear orders (not ordered with a bike) may be shipped directly to your home address. These orders will be shipped via UPS. Once the order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to update. 

Currently, only standard ground shipping is offered.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time we only sell and ship to customers located in the continental United States. If you are located in another country please check with your local Giant retailers for product offerings and availability. In addition to international locations, there are a few other locations to which we do not ship. We are also unable to ship to the following: Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and PO Boxes.

While we can only ship your bike to a local retailer for assembly, some retailers offer home delivery and set-up service to their customers for a nominal fee. Please check with your local retailer to find out if this is a service they offer, and if they charge for the service.

Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping times up to 2-6 weeks, depending on the product shipping limitations. Orders may be cancelled and refunded after a logistic review.

E-Bikes may not be ordered or fulfilled within the New York City area at this time, we apologize for any inconvenience.
