Job Title: Account Executive
Territory: Texas & Southern Oklahoma
Reports To: National Sales Manager
Classification: Full-Time, Salary Plus Commission
Own your territory. Build your book of business. Ride for a brand you believe in.
Giant Group USA is looking for a driven, self-motivated sales leader to grow our brands across Texas and Southern Oklahoma. This is your territory to run like your own business — you'll build the retailer relationships, drive the strategy, and represent Giant, Liv, Momentum, and CADEX in the field. Our Account Executives don't just represent the brand; they live it.
Job Summary: The Account Executive drives revenue and profit growth in their market by building strong retailer relationships and making sure our brands show up well on the sales floor. You'll evaluate existing distribution, hunt down new retail partners, and act as our eyes and ears in the field — spotting opportunities before anyone else does. Expect a lot of driving, a lot of events, and a lot of face time with retailers and riders alike.
What You'll Do
- Hit sales targets by coaching and consulting with retailers.
- Grow our brands by landing new retail partners and deepening existing ones through the Giant Retail Partnership initiative (GRP).
- Keep Giant, Liv, Momentum, and CADEX represented right on the floor — running regular audits, inventory counts, and business reviews.
- Run sharp, engaging product training for retail staff on a regular cadence.
- Team up with inside sales and credit to hit shared goals without burning retailer relationships.
- Stay sharp on our products, programs, and policies — you're the expert retailers turn to.
- Handle warranty calls and credits fairly and quickly, for our retailers and for us.
- Execute the National Sales Manager's strategy and priorities in your territory.
- Show up for Giant meetings, events, and consumer-facing activations across Texas and Southern Oklahoma.
- Live the core values — Integrity, Partnership, Passion & Challenge — in every interaction.
- Bring energy and infectious enthusiasm for the cycling lifestyle. Be fun to work with.
What You'll Bring
- A 4-year degree (B.A./B.S.), or a 2-year degree plus relevant experience.
- Self-motivation and self-sufficiency — you wake up every day ready to win.
- Sound business judgment — the ability to read the data and make smart calls in the field.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Your own vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and load bikes on and off a vehicle rack, and to be on your feet for extended periods at retail visits and events.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory — up to 75% of your time on the road.
- You already live in the territory, or you're ready to relocate there.
Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation ranges from $65,000–$110,000: base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Full-time/Exempt, salary plus commission.
- 401k w/employer match, Health benefits-including vision and dental, Profit Sharing, and more.
