How to Find a Bike?

We have seen a huge increase in demand for bicycles all over the country. This is great news as we believe more people on bikes will help improve cycling infrastructure and allow more people to enjoy riding! However, like any surge in demand there are some growing pains and challenges we face. We strongly believe that the independent bike retailer is the best channel to fulfill our product delivery and support their local cycling community. This is why we continue to send bicycles directly to our retailer network as soon as they become available.

What Do the Different Labels Mean (In Stock, Contact Retailer, Etc.)?

  • If a bicycle size and colorway is ”In Stock”, that means it is available for pickup at any Giant retailer. Items other than bicycles are available from Giant directly or from a local retailer.

  • “Local Pickup Only at Select Retailers” means the item is available from a local Giant retailer only. Enter your ZIP code to see if it is available at a retailer near you. (We strongly recommend contacting your local retailer first, before submitting an order.)

  • Contact Retailer” means the item is new and we are awaiting its arrival! We recommend contacting your local retailer to discuss ordering options.

  • Out of Stock” means the item is currently unavailable, but you can choose to be notified via email once the item becomes available.

  • Sold Out” means the item is no longer available for purchase.

Can You Notify Me When Bikes Are In Stock?

We recommend you sign up on our website to be “Notified When Available”. This can be done on the specific bike model page and your request will be tied to the specific size and colorway.

Can I Pre-Order A Bike?

Some retailers take pre-orders for bikes. We recommend checking with your local retailer to see if they offer this service, and they will can you with an estimated time of arrival for the bike of your choice. Please read below for more information on arrival estimates.

What If My Pre-Order Date Changes?

It is important to us to be transparent during these times and ensure all riders understand that estimated bike arrival dates may change due to unforeseen factors such as supply channel capacity, weather conditions, etc. If you have a pre-order established with your local retailer, they will be able to provide you with any updates.

Can I Have a Bike Shipped to Me?

We do not allow our bicycles to be shipped directly to consumers, as we strongly believe in the value of having local retail professionals assemble and inspect every bicycle, to ensure that riders have the best possible experience with their new bikes. All of our bicycles are fulfilled through a local Retailer.

While we only ship your bike to a local retailer for professional assembly, some retailers do offer home delivery for an additional fee. Please check with your local retailer to find out if this is a service they offer. At this time we only ship bicycles for online orders for customers located in the continental United States. If you are located in another country, please check with your local Giant retailers for product offerings and availability. In addition to international locations, there are a few other locations to which we do not ship. We are also unable to ship online bicycle and gear sales to the following: Alaska, Hawai’i, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and PO Boxes.
