Step 2: Select a participating Home Delivery retailer at checkout.

Step 3: Your selected retailer will contact you once they’ve finished building your new bike for delivery.

How Home Delivery Works

Ordering a bike online has never been easier.

With hundreds of Giant Retailers now offering Home Delivery service on online bicycle purchases for an additional $50.00 fee. Now your dream bike can arrive, fully assembled, at your doorstep. Just choose your bike, and select the Home Delivery option.

Once you place your order, your local Giant Retailer will be notified and their Giant Authorized Mechanic will assemble your new bike and contact you to schedule delivery.

It’s that simple!

Home Delivery FAQ

Home Delivery service is an additional $50.00 USD fee.

It is not possible to change to your Home Delivery order once placed.

If your order has already been shipped or delivered, then you will need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted goods. There are some goods which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, please visit our Customer Support page for more information.

Home Delivery service is non-refundable and valid for one trip only. If you want to return the item, it must be returned to the selected retailer on your order.

Giant Bicycles, Inc. will contact you via email with the following information step-by-step in the processing of your Giant Bicycle Home Delivery:

  • Order Confirmation
  • Receipt & Transaction ID
  • Shipment Tracking
  • Arrival Confirmation at your Giant Retailer

On all orders the selected Giant Retailer will make direct contact to arrange the final details and scheduling for your Giant Bicycle Home Delivery.
