ABOUT THE SERIES:
Join us for a 16-week progressive aerobic training program focused on building your aerobic engine one progressive step at a time. Ride and train together while executing a no-drop group workout customized to your ability. Check out the schedule below for dates and times, then reserve your spot or just log into your Zwift account and join us.
BaseCamp workouts begin November 28th and last 60-70 minutes.
