POSITION: Global E-Commerce Project Manager

REPORTS TO: Global Head of MarTech

LOCATION: Giant USA (Newbury Park, California)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Global E-Commerce Project Manager to help coordinate and lead the development/ implementation of Giant Bicycle’s global websites/EC tools & solutions. You will be collaborating with Giant’s external partners, IT team and local markets on the website/ EC too ls & solutions conceptualization, guide the team through the product development stages, and oversee the live  deployment.

To ensure success as a Global E-Commerce Project Manager, you should possess extensive experience in website design/development and the ability to lead/project manage Web/EC related initiatives. A high-level Web/EC project manager will be someone whose expertise in Web design translates into an innovative online presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Global E-Comm Discovery &Planning: Annual planning for platform requirements, budgeting, and market expansion and development
  • E-Comm Project Execution: Oversee key strategic projects to ensure their effective and efficient delivery
  • E-Comm Change Management: Make sure that all change requests are reviewed and analyzed to ensure proper decision making and planning
  • Tools & Training: Manage key PM tools and provide internal training

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with coursework in web development, or similar
  • A minimum of 7+ years of related experience
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Web/EC project management
  • Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in Web/EC site design
  • Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to Web/EC projects
  • Superb leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word), Project Managements tools (Jira, Basecamp, Trello)
