Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk
Position: Accounts Payable Clerk - Newbury Park, CA
Reports To: Accounting Supervisor
Job Summary: Provide administrative/accounting support to the Accounting department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and input vendor invoice into ERP system
- Maintain and organize accounting files and records
- Audit, enter, and prepare the p-card invoice and payment journals
- Process payment on a bi-weekly basis
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an AP position is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Eagerness to learn, take on incremental responsibility, and work in a team environment.
- Reliable and dependable and committed to meeting required deadlines.
Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk Compensation:
- Pay range - $45K-$48K (hourly, non-exempt)
