Giant encourages the responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities. If you believe you have found a security or data-protection issue in a Giant eBike product, please report it using the form below. Our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) will assess and handle your report and respond as soon as possible, so that we can continuously improve the security of our products.
