The new Seek was created for one reason: to transform the road riding experience for kids and give them the same feeling of speed, efficiency and control that adult road riders enjoy. To achieve this, we designed, developed and purpose-built a new range of bikes that stands apart from previous Giant youth road bikes and sets a new standard in the category.

LIGHT AND AGILE
The Seek features a lightweight ALUXX aluminum frame designed with smaller diameter frame tubing specifically for young riders. The frame and composite fork, which adds road-smoothing compliance and precise steering control, work together to produce a dynamic ride quality.
YOUTH- OPTIMIZED COMPONENTS
The cockpit is designed to give smaller riders greater efficiency and control on the road. The Giant Contact SL Lite handlebar is specially shaped with a shorter reach (62mm) and drops (100mm) compared to typical adult bars. The brake levers are also designed for smaller hands, with a reach that’s 35% shorter from the drops and 30% shorter from the hoods. The outer hood diameter is 20% smaller, and the lever’s flared shape improves ergonomics for small hands.
EFFORTLESS FIT
Designed for kids 130-150cm tall, Seek makes it easy to dial in a perfect fit and make adjustments as the young rider grows taller and gains more experience with road riding. From first timers to junior road racers, it’s an adaptable road bike that evolves with the rider. Beyond the purpose-built frameset designed with smaller diameter tubing, the Seek features a seatpost that’s marked with a body height index, making saddle height adjustment intuitive and simple.

Tehnologie avansată pentru manufacturarea carbonului
Pentru a produce aceste tipuri de cadru este folosit carbon de înaltă performanță Giant în propria noastră fabrică, cu un raport ridicat de rigiditate / greutate. Compact Road Design

OverDrive
Tehnologia originală a tubului de direcție a furcii supradimensionate de la Giant. Conceput pentru a oferi performanțe precise de direcție frontală, rulmenții supradimensionați ai sistemului cu cască (1 1/4” inferioare și 1 1/8” în sus pentru drum, 1 1/2” în jos și 1 1/8” în sus pentru munte) și conici. PowerCore
O zonă masiv supradimensionată a pedalierului/lantului are un design de pedalier complet integrat, lățime de 86 de milimetri (lățime de 92 de milimetri pentru bicicletele off-road). Tubeless System

Dynamic Balanced Lacing
De la introducerea sa în 2015, Dynamic Balanced Lacing (DBL) a fost piatra de temelie a Giant WheelSystems. DBL asigură că spițele sunt setate pentru o tensiune optimă atunci când sunt supuse unei sarcini dinamice, rezultând o durabilitate sporită și eficiență de pedalare. Flanșa butucului DBL mărită mărește, de asemenea, unghiurile de întărire a spițelor, ceea ce mărește torsiunea/transmisia generală și rigiditatea laterală pentru un transfer mai bun al puterii și o sprintare mai stabilă.
