Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Giant Bicycles New Zealand ‘2023 Factory backed sale’ promotion (the “Promotion”):

  1. The Promoter is Giant Bicycle Co. Pty. Ltd. (NZBN 9429036519330), 124 Penrose Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland 1060, +64 9 580 1103.
  2. The Promotion commences at 00:00am NZST on Tuesday 13/6/2023 (the “Start Date”) and closes at 11:59pm NZST on Wednesday 12/7/2023 (the “End Date”). Discounts will only be valid during this time (the “Promotional Period”).
  3. The Promotion offer is a discount of up to 35% on select Giant-branded bicycles purchased online or in-store (through participating retailers) during the Promotional Period. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively.
  4. Promotion discounts only apply to online sales placed through giant-bicycles.com/nz and through participating retailers.
  5. Any discount(s) will automatically be applied to online sales (website pricing during the Promotion reflects the discounted price).
  6. Any sale items reduced prior to the Promotion commencing will not receive any further discounting.
  7. There is no purchase limit during the Promotion. Items available only while stocks last. Items will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. No rain checks.
  8. The Promotion offer(s) and associated discounts are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable. Returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  9. Giant Bicycles reserves the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time and to amend these Terms & Conditions.
  10. By purchasing products from giant-bicycles.com/nz, liv-cycling.com/nz or from a participating retailer during the Promotional Period, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
