CLASS-LEADING AERODYNAMICS & SUPPORT

A wind-tunnel-tested 50mm hookless aero rim profile delivers exceptional aerodynamic efficiency, while aero carbon spokes increase watt savings and improve stability in variable conditions. A reinforced 3.8mm rim bead integrates more cleanly with the tire sidewall for better airflow and greater support when cornering at speed.

LIGHTWEIGHT EFFICIENCY & INSTANT POWER TRANSFER

Aero carbon spokes and Dynamic Balanced Lacing increase torsional rigidity for immediate power transfer. An optimized high-tensile carbon layup helps reduce weight by 90g compared to the SLR 1 50, resulting in 20% greater transmission-to-weight. And a a 40-tooth low-friction ratchet hub delivers faster engagement, reduced bearing load, and smoother, more efficient acceleration.

TOTAL CONTROL & RACE-READY CONFIDENCE

A durable hookless rim structure allows a wider inner profile without added weight, improving stability and impact resistance. The 22.4mm inner width shapes higher-volume tires into a broader contact patch for better traction, comfort, and compliance.

Dynamic Balanced Lacing

2015年の導入以来、Dynamic Balanced Lacing（DBL）はGiant WheelSystemsの基盤となっています。DBLは、ペダリング時にスポークテンションが最適となるようにし、耐久性とペダリング効率を向上させます。また、大径化されたDBLハブフランジによって、スポークのブレース角度が大きくなり、駆動剛性と横剛性が向上。優れたパワー伝達とスプリントの安定性を提供します。

Hookless Rim Design

Hookless Rim Designは、全体的な耐久性を向上させ、重量を増やすことなく、より広いリム内幅を提供します。また、丸みを帯びたタイヤ形状にすることで、コーナリング時にタイヤサイドのサポートを増やし、優れたグリップとハンドリングを提供します。さらに、タイヤビードを内側へ「押し込む」リムフックがないため、タイヤとリムのサイドウォールとの間にシームレスな空気の流れを作り出します。結果、標準のフックタイプのリムと比較してエアロパフォーマンスが向上します。
