SyncDrive Sport 2
This frame is paired with a SyncDrive Sport 2 motor and removable EnergyPak 430 battery that’s neatly integrated into a slim down tube to help minimize weight. The updated design allows space for two water bottles or a battery range extender for longer rides. A 100mm suspension fork helps smooth out bumpy terrain, while confident off-road geometry gives it a stable ride quality.
RideControl Dash 2
A new RideControl Dash 2 handlebar-mounted controller makes it easy to power on the bike and adjust support levels while you ride. You can also use the RideControl App to custom-tune the motor output and optimize range capabilities.
Designed Lighter
The frameset is crafted with lightweight aluminum shaped with sleek lines and modern styling. It weighs just 21.7kg (size medium)—significantly lighter than most other bikes in its category.

How far can I expect to ride on a single battery charge?
The range for a single battery charge can vary greatly depending on conditions such as the combined weight of the rider and cargo; wind resistance; tire pressure and tread profile; terrain and elevation changes; road or trail surface; outdoor temperature; maintenance of the E-Bike; and the condition of the battery.
The bar below gives an approximate range. Conditions are categorized as extreme, good and ideal. Extreme conditions typically occur when riding with a heavy load, strong headwinds or excessive climbs.

A lower top tube offers greater stand-over height, and a 100mm suspension fork soaks up bumps, giving you smooth control on trails or bumpy bike paths. The SyncDrive Sport 2 motor helps you conquer climbs, and the removable EnergyPak 430 battery is integrated into a slim down tube. Updated controls include a handlebar-mounted RideControl Dash 2 to power on the bike and adjust support levels. The frame is compatible with a dropper seatpost and features integrated mounts for a rear carrier, fenders, a kickstand and two water bottle cages, giving you the option to add an EnergyPak Plus range extender.

The battery system is cleanly integrated within the down tube of the frame. Continuous communication between the battery and charger provides fast charging. Batteries can charge up to 80 percent in just over 2 hours.

RIDECONTROL DASH 2
This updated control unit is cleanly integrated with the handlebar/grip featuring ergonomic buttons to control support modes including Smart Assist. The high-resolution color screen has an anti-fog design that displays range, battery level and support mode, onboard navigation, speed and distance, and incoming calls.

RIDECONTROL APP
Our updated App expands the existing customization options for your SyncDrive motor. Now you can choose exactly how you want the system to perform. Use the app to adjust from the battery-saving Eco mode all the way up to Power mode, and collect all relevant ride metrics during your activity.

GIANT E-LOCK SYSTEM
Allows you to lock and unlock your E-bike using the RideControl App or by entering a PIN code on the controller. Once locked, pedaling assistance is blocked and the display shows the E-bike in lock status. If someone attempts to move the bike, the alarm is triggered.

FIND MY BIKE
Enhanced security and anti-theft feature using Apple Find My function lets you set up separation alerts, locate your E-bike remotely and receive notifications if its location changes. Apple Find My privacy protections ensure that your location information is encrypted on Apple servers and retained for only 24 hours.

A Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) offers precise rear derailleur alignment and shifting precision. Designed specifically for thru-axle frames, the UDH is a stronger new standard that makes it easy to upgrade your E-bike with a premium drivetrain, or replace the hanger if it breaks.

Giant E-bikes offer several different EnergyPak options including the EnergyPak Smart and EnergyPak. Each one is designed to optimize the E-bike experience for a specific style of riding.
SyncDrive Sport 2
The compact SyncDrive Sport 2 motor delivers 75Nm of torque tuned for trail riding. It features Smart Assist mode, which uses six sensors to measure your pedaling input, cadence and speed, along with the slope you’re riding on. Based on these calculations, it produces power that feels naturally supportive and in sync with the way you ride.
