Seek 2
The Seek features a lightweight ALUXX aluminum frame designed with smaller diameter frame tubing specifically for young riders. The frame and composite fork, which adds road-smoothing compliance and precise steering control, work together to produce a dynamic ride quality.
The cockpit is designed to give smaller riders greater efficiency and control on the road. The Giant Contact SL Lite handlebar is specially shaped with a shorter reach (62mm) and drops (100mm) compared to typical adult bars. The brake levers are also designed for smaller hands, with a reach that’s 35% shorter from the drops and 30% shorter from the hoods. The outer hood diameter is 20% smaller, and the lever’s flared shape improves ergonomics for small hands.
Designed for kids 130-150cm tall, Seek makes it easy to dial in a perfect fit and make adjustments as the young rider grows taller and gains more experience with road riding. From first timers to junior road racers, it’s an adaptable road bike that evolves with the rider. Beyond the purpose-built frameset designed with smaller diameter tubing, the Seek features a seatpost that’s marked with a body height index, making saddle height adjustment intuitive and simple.
A lightweight ALUXX frame with a composite fork and smaller diameter Giant SLR 650b Composite WheelSystem makes the Seek a light and agile road bike designed specifically for young riders. Youth-optimized components, including shorter reach handlebars and brake levers along with shorter 130mm cranks and a narrow 125mm wide Giant Grit Core Lite saddle, offer greater control and comfort for young riders looking to grow and expand their road riding capabilities.
State-of-the-art aluminum material is made predominantly from 6061 alloy and delivers best-in-class strength-to-weight ratios. Frameset also features unique welding technologies for a performance ride quality.
Advanced-grade composite fork absorbs road shock and vibrations for a smoother ride quality and pinpoint steering precision.
Smaller diameter rims optimized for the frame, minimizing weight and improving handling, balance and control for young road riders.

Hydraulic brakes are tuned for lower levels of grip strength and body weight with a braking curve that’s reduced compared to adult brakes. This results in linear, predictable deceleration and helps prevent slipping in dry or wet conditions.
A 1X drivetrain with high-performance electronic shifting makes it easy for young riders to operate the gears, while shorter 130mm cranks help them climb and spin at higher pedaling cadences.
Youth-optimized saddle with a narrow 125mm width delivers optimal positioning and fit to help young riders tackle longer rides with greater comfort.
Seatpost marked with a body height index makes it intuitive and easy to dial in a proper fit and make adjustments as a rider grows taller and gains experience riding on the road.
Derailleur, brake and dropper post cables are routed internally through integrated ports. This helps save weight and creates a cleaner look and performance.
Integrated Tubeless WheelSystem and tires delivers improved efficiency, comfort and control in the most user-friendly and reliable system.
The frame and fork are engineered specifically for disc brakes for reliable braking performance in all weather and road conditions.

Giant’s High Performance Grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in our own composite factory with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front triangle of these framesets is assembled and molded as one continuous piece in a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.

This Performance level frame material features 6061 alloy with single-butted tubes to produce strong, lightweight framesets for a variety of different bikes and riding styles.

Introduced by Giant with the professional Team ONCE in the 1990s, Compact Road revolutionized the look and feel of high-performance road bikes forever. A downward sloping toptube (from the headtube to the seattube) creates smaller front and rear triangles for a lighter, stiffer bike. It also makes it easier for riders of all sizes to have a perfect fit.

The proprietary “D” shaped composite seatpost damps vibration, resulting in a smooth, compliant ride.

Giant’s original oversized fork steerer tube technology. Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/4” lower and 1 1/8” upper for road, 1 1/2” lower and 1 1/8” upper for mountain) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.

A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter wide bottom-bracket design (92-millimeter wide for off-road bikes). Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.

Fewer flat tires. Greater traction. Less rolling resistance and a smoother, faster ride. Giant’s Tubeless System makes it easier than ever to experience all these benefits.

Since its introduction in 2015, Dynamic Balanced Lacing (DBL) has been the cornerstone of Giant WheelSystems. DBL ensures that spokes are set for optimal tension when under dynamic load, resulting in enhanced durability and pedaling efficiency. The enlarged DBL hub flange also increases the spoke bracing angles, which boosts overall torsional/transmission and lateral stiffness for better power transfer and more stable sprinting.
