Weekly Zwift Rides with CCC Team!

Giant and CCC Team have partnered with Zwift to create a weekly series of rides with CCC Team racers and trainers. Just hop on a smart trainer and connect with Zwift, the online cycling platform that enables you to train, compete and interact with fellow cyclists in virtual rides.

The series includes two rides each week, one on Monday and one on Friday. Here are the details on each:

Train Like a Pro (Mondays at 10 am CEST)

CCC Team Head of Performance Marco Pinotti leads a pro workout for CCC Team riders and anyone else who wants to join. Ride alongside CCC Team pros like Joey Rosskopf and Franciso Ventoso. “After a good warm-up and five minutes of activation, we will start our ramp exercises,” Pinotti says. “It will be a progression on the cadence side and even on the intensity side. We will start at 80% of FTP power for 5 minutes. The target cadence will increase from 50 rpm to 100 rpm and eventually reach FTP Power. After three sessions, we will do another activation at high cadence before a cool down. Remember to hydrate well, as the intensity is going up and you'll be sweating a lot!” Participants who join the ride will be assigned a CCC Team kit and Giant Propel Advanced SL Disc bike. 

CCC Team #FridayFanRide (Fridays at 4 pm CEST)

The CCC Team #FridayFanRide presented by Giant is a chance to go on a casual ride with various CCC Team riders. These weekly rides will be 45-55 minutes at around 2.5 W/kg, giving you a chance to connect with our riders from around the world. Ride leaders vary each week, and all participants are assigned a CCC Team kit and Giant TCR Advanced SL bike for the event.
