How does our Delivery service work?

Simply, add a bike to the basket then select Delivery at checkout. When your order is placed, your bike will be 95% built by a trained mechanic and carefully packed for delivery on a weekday, that you choose. Once the courier delivers the bike to your home address, only minimal assembly of fitting the pedals and adjusting the handlebars and saddle is required.

We commit to delivery within 5 to 7 working days of placing an order.

Delivery is available on most orders, with the following exclusions, framesets, bikes with an integrated seatpost, Trinity & Avow models, bikes with baskets, ARX & STP models, bikes with a MSRP of under £700, and sale/clearance bikes sub £1,000

How do returns work?

For all orders placed through our website, you have 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date to return an unwanted item.

We do not accept returns for bikes with an integrated seatpost.

How does financing work?

Depending on what you decide to purchase and how you want to spread your payments, we have three finance partners available; V12 finance, PayPal & Klarna.

0% Finance on orders £35 - £999

We've partnered with Klarna to bring you new ways to pay at checkout. It's a safe and simple way to get the bikes, clothing or accessories you want, when you want it. Klarna gives you two easy ways to get the products you love. Choose 'Pay Later' and get up to 30 days to pay for your order with no interest and no fees. Or, split the cost of bigger purchases into 3 monthly payments with no interest, no fees and no credit agreement.

0% Finance on orders £99+ 

Finance is available on any basket value over £99 through PayPal for 4 months. Simply add the item(s) to your basket, checkout with PayPal and apply for PayPal instant credit. If approved, you can complete your purchase immediately.

0% Finance on orders £1000+

Finance is available on selected bikes ordered through our website over £1000, provided by V12 finance. The finance offers available are product specific and are displayed on eligible products.

When you proceed with your order, simply choose V12 finance during checkout and you will be redirected to the V12 secure website to complete your application. As part of the first step of the application, you will be checked to see if you are eligible to apply, without leaving a credit search visible to a 3rd party. If you don't qualify, you will be prompted to return to the basket to pay via an alternative method.

If your application is successful, your order will be confirmed to Giant - we will contact you by email to confirm your order is proceeding. If your application is unsuccessful, V12 finance will inform you and your order will be automatically cancelled.
