To make sure that you are happy with your order, we offer a 28 days return period on all products purchased from giant-bicycles.com/gb, with the exception of integrated seatpost bicycles. The return window starts from the date that you received your order.

RETURNING BIKE ORDERS

To start a return of a bike, please complete an online Cancellation Form. If you have not yet collected your order, our Rider Support team will be able to issue a refund* within two working days.

If you already have receipt of your order, once our Rider Support team emails you to confirm that you are within the return window, you can then return the bike to the Giant dealer store where the order was collected (or in the case of home delivery, to the Giant dealer store who delivered your order).

Please bring proof of purchase, the owners' manual and any other additional items supplied with the bike.

Once Giant UK have been informed that the returned item is in resellable condition, a refund* will be issued back to the original payment method.

*If the order was placed using a finance payment method, the payment plan will be cancelled and any monies debited, refunded.

RETURN DIRECTLY TO GIANT HQ

To start a return of a part or accessory, please complete an online Cancellation Form. If you have not yet collected your order, our Rider Support team will be able to issue a refund* within two working days.

If you already have receipt of your order, once our Rider Support team emails to confirm that you are within the return window, you can then post the item, within its original packaging, back to us, at:

You will need to include a note specifying your full name and order number, package the item for return adequately to avoid loss or damage in transit and obtain proof of postage.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of returning an item.

Once we affirm that the part or accessory is clean and has only undergone reasonable wear and tear to establish that the item was not suitable for the intended purpose, we are then able to process a refund.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to return it back to you.

FAQ's

Unfortunately, we do not provide an exchange service. If you have purchased an incorrect size, please cancel the order and re-order the correct size.

If you believe an item within your order is faulty, please contact us so that one of our Rider Support team can help.

We issue a refund for shipping costs only in certain circumstances, such as an item being returned for a refund from a single-item order.

We are unable to refund you for any postage charges that you incur for shipping an item back to us.

Any returned items must be clean and of only undergone reasonable wear and tear to establish that the item was not suitable for the intended purpose.

Where the value of an item has been reduced as a result of the handling and/or use of the product, beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may either deduct an amount equal to any loss in value of the item from any refund due to you or recover such amount from you, as a debt from you to us.

When purchasing an Integrated Seatpost design (ISP) bicycle, there are guidelines on measuring up. Therefore, we recommend allowing the Giant dealer store where you purchased your bike to advise on sizing and cut the integrated seatpost, to the required length. As we are unable to accept returns on this item when the seatpost has been cut, please make sure you are completely happy with the sizing and that the goods are sized specifically for their purpose.

For orders paid by debit card, credit card or PayPal, a refund for an unwanted item/s will be debited back to the payment method within 3-5 days, from issue.

For orders paid by Klarna, any taken monies for an unwanted item/s will be debited back to your payment card within 14 days, from issue.

For orders paid using our Giant Cycle To Work scheme, the employer will be debited back the monies for an unwanted item/s within 11 days, from issue.

For orders paid by V12 Finance Retail Finance, the taken monies for an unwanted item/s will be debited back to your payment card within 19 days, from issue.
