All that’s standing between you and the podium are jagged rocks, steep drops, gap jumps and sketchy lines. Now pin it all the way. That’s what this Downhill slayer is made for, proven by pros on the most extreme DH terrain all around the world.

Developed with pros from the Giant Factory Off-Road Team, Glory Advanced features a high-performance composite mainframe and a cutting-edge suspension setup that gives you the confidence to fly. The latest evolution of its legendary chassis breaks new ground in stiffness, weight and all-around performance. It features 203mm of fully active Maestro rear suspension on a superlight, stiff and strong composite mainframe. The geometry, engineered to optimize the performance advantages of 27.5 wheels, has helped deliver Marcelo Gutierrez to World Cup podiums on the most extreme DH tracks. It’s the lightest composite downhill frame ever produced by Giant, and it’s built to win.

Key Performance Factors

Legendary DH frame

Built in collaboration with Giant Factory Team mechanics and pro racers, this composite frame has been winning races and evolving for more than a decade. The latest iteration is long and low (63-degree head angle), stiff and lighter than ever.

27.5 agility and control

27.5-inch wheels balance agility and control, giving you the ability to roll over rugged terrain, flick the bike at speed, change lines, and explode out of corners.

Race-proven suspension

Maestro rear suspension uses four strategically positioned pivot points and two linkages that all work together to create a single floating pivot point. The result is an active, efficient and independent suspension system to tame the most extreme DH terrain.

  • Weight
The most accurate way to determine any bike’s weight is to have your local dealer weigh it for you. Many brands strive to list the lowest possible weight, but in reality weight can vary based on size, finish, hardware and accessories. All our bikes are designed for best-in-class weight and ride quality.
