BIKE DELIVERY
Our free delivery service* allows you to get your bike delivered to your home address within 5 to 7 working days of placing an order**. Your bike will be 95% built by a trained mechanic, carefully packed and delivered to your front door so once you un-box it, only minimal assembly of fitting the pedals and adjusting the handlebars and saddle is required. Our Rider Support Team are on hand to help you at any point, and we also have a bunch of helpful and quick instruction videos to get you rolling safely. We offer a free Bike Health Check with each Delivery order.
*Please be aware that delivery is ground-floor only.
**Please note that we cannot hold bikes for future delivery and we must be able to arrange for the bike to be delivered to you within 5 working days of the bike being ready. If we are not able to this we will need to cancel and refund your order.
GEAR DELIVERY
We will deliver to your home with DPD and your order will be shipped the next working day of your order being placed. We aim for a next day delivery service for mainland Britain and 48 hours for Northern Ireland
Delivery is free of charge for all orders over £50, for orders less than £50, a £5 charge will be applied.
Please note that mudguards and non-folding tyres are excluded from this service. Should you wish to purchase these types of items you can do so through your local Giant retailer.
COLLECT IN STORE
Select your ride and accessories, place your order and pop in-store to collect – simple! For all Click & Collect orders, you can rest assured that one of our amazingly trained mechanics will fully build and safety check your bike, ensuring your ride is good to go, within 7-10 working days from your order date. We also offer a free Bike Health Check for all bikes within a Click & Collect order.

How long does it take for a bike to be delivered?
Within 7 working days.
Can my bike be delivered on the weekend?
Unfortunately, not. Our courier delivers between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
Which products are not available for our Delivery service?
Framesets, bikes with an integrated seatpost, bikes with a basket, bikes sub £700, Trinity and kids bikes
Which courier do you use for Giant Delivery?
We use TNT/FedEx for bikes and DPD for Gear
Why do I need to keep the bike box?
In case you need to return the bike.
Can the order be delivered to a different address other than the billing address?
Unfortunately, not.
Can I change my delivery address once in transit?
Unfortunately, no.
Can I add delivery notes to my order?
Unfortunately, no.
Why can’t my Delivery order be left in a safe place?
Due to the high value of our products, we do not offer this option.
Can I change the delivery date once my bike is dispatched?
Unfortunately, no.

Can any Giant retailer provide my free Bike Health Check?
Any Giant authorised store that offers our Delivery service will provide your first free service. If you're unsure which stores offer our delivery service, please contact our Rider Support team.
Can you ship a bike from a store in Mainland to Northern Ireland?
Unfortunately, no. Only bikes within Northern Irish stores can deliver to Northen Ireland addresses and only stores within Mainland Great Britain can deliver to England, Wales and Scotland.
Click & Collect FAQS
Do I need to place separate orders when the Click & Collect items are from different stores?
Yes, you need to check out each order, separately.
How do I collect my Click & Collect order at the store?
Go to the selected pick-up store; a staff member will check your identification so you can collect your order.
What do I need to bring when collecting my Click & Collect order?
A valid driving license or passport matching your name needs to be provided to the store.
How do I know when to collect my order?
You will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready to collect.
What will happen if I can’t collect the Click & Collect order on time?
Please contact us if you cannot collect your order within five days.
Can someone different from the billing addressee, collect the order?
A retailer can only provide Click & Collect orders to the individual whose name is on the order.
