Shop where and how you want and get your bike delivered to best suit you. Whether collecting in-store or delivered to your door, your new ride will be the start of many adventures.

DELIVERY

Our free delivery service allows you to get your bike delivered to your home address within 5 to 7 working days of placing an order. Your bike will be 95% built by a trained mechanic, carefully packed and delivered to your front door so once you un-box it, only minimal assembly of fitting the pedals and adjusting the handlebars and saddle is required. Our Rider Support Team are on hand to help you at any point, and we also have a bunch of helpful and quick instruction videos to get you rolling safely. We offer a free Bike Health Check with each Delivery order.

CLICK & COLLECT

Select your ride and accessories, place your order and pop in-store to collect – simple! For all Click & Collect orders, you can rest assured that one of our amazing trained mechanics will fully build and safety check your bike, ensuring your ride is good to go. This service is completely free of charge for orders over £50 and for orders under, there is a £5 charge. We offer a free Bike Health Check for all bikes within a Click & Collect order.

We want you to be happy with your goods, but if you’re not for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date to return your items.

Can parts and accessories be delivered?

Unfortunately, not.

How long does it take for a bike to be delivered?

Five to seven working days.

Can my bike be delivered on the weekend?

Unfortunately, not. Our courier delivers between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

Do I need to show identification for Giant’s Delivery service?

No.

Can somebody else sign for my delivery?

Yes.

Which products are not available for our Delivery service?

Parts and accessories, framesets, bikes with an integrated seatpost, bikes with a basket, sale bikes sub £1,000, and Trinity, Propel, STP and ARX models.

Which courier do you use for Giant Delivery?

TNT and FedEx.

Why do I need to keep the bike box?

In case you need to return the bike.

Can the order be delivered to a different address other than the billing address?

Unfortunately, not.

Can I change my delivery address once in transit?

Unfortunately, no.

Can I add delivery notes to my order?

Unfortunately, no.

Why can’t my Delivery order be left in a safe place?

Due to the high value of our products, we do not offer this option.

Can I change the delivery date once my bike is dispatched?

Unfortunately, no.

Can any Giant retailer provide my free Bike Health Check?
