How does Click & Collect work?

Select Click & Collect during checkout and we will ship your order to a Giant / Liv retailer near your - you can see their location and opening hours to check they're convenient for you before you choose where to collect. Any bikes will be built and safety checked so they are ready to ride. We will email you when the order is despatched and when it is ready for collection.

Click & Collect is free when you spend £50 or more, for orders less than £50 we will charge £5.00.

We normally deliver to your chosen Click & Collect retailer within 2 working days of your order, orders containing bikes are usually ready within 5 working days of arriving in store. So with Click & Collect you get the convenience of ordering online plus local collection (so no waiting around for delivery slots) combined with the expertise of your local independent Giant / Liv retailer.

How does Home Set Up work?

Select Home Set Up during checkout and we will ship your order to a Giant / Liv retailer near you - the retailer will then build and safety check the bike before contacting you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Once you've agreed a day and time, the retailer will visit you at home or work (for finance orders this must be the same address as in your finance agreement) and set the bike up so it is ready to ride.

Home Set Up costs £14.99.

We normally deliver to your chosen Home Set Up retailer within 2 working days of your order, bikes are usually ready for delivery & set up within 5 working days of arriving in store. So with Home Set Up you get the convenience of ordering online plus local delivery and set up at a convenient time, by an expert from your local independent Giant / Liv retailer.

How does financing work?

Finance is available on selected products ordered through our website, provided by V12 Retail Finance. The finance offers available are product specific and are displayed on eligible products. Finance is not available on ‘sale’ items or in conjunction with other offers.

When you proceed with your order simply choose V12 Retail Finance during checkout and you will be redirected to the V12 Retail Finance website to complete your application. If you have any questions or problems with your application you can contact V12 Retail Finance on 029 2046 8900 or visit http://www.v12retailfinance.com.

If your application is successful, following your approval of deposit payment, your order will be confirmed to Giant - we will contact you by email to confirm your order is proceeding. If your application is unsuccessful V12 Retail Finance will inform you and your order will be automatically cancelled.

I have a complaint. What do I do?

If you ordered from one of our retailers please contact the retailer. If you ordered through our Giant UK or Giant Stores websites or you are not satisfied with a Giant retailer's response please contact us at Freephone 0800 0159 110 between 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday (except public bank holidays) or fillout our contact form..

How are returns handled?

Returns are free and can be made within 28 days of delivery of all the items in your order. Custom fit products (bikes with cut seatposts or steerer tubes) can’t be returned unless faulty.

Returning Bike Orders - simply complete a model cancellation form, call us on Freephone 0800 0159 110 or email us to inform us you wish to cancel, then return the order to your original collection retailer.

Returning Gear Only Orders - complete a cancellation form, call us on Freephone 0800 0159 110 or email us to inform us you wish to cancel, then either return the order to your original collection retailer or send it to our freepost return address.
