How does our Delivery service work?
Simply, add the bike and gear items to your basket then select Delivery at checkout. When your order is placed, your bike will be 95% built by a trained mechanic and carefully packed for delivery on a weekday, that you choose. Once the courier delivers the bike to your home address, only minimal assembly of fitting the pedals and adjusting the handlebars and saddle is required.
We commit to bike delivery within 5 to 7 working days of placing an order.
We aim for a next day delivery service for mainland Britain and 48 hours for Northern Ireland with gear items.
Delivery is available on most orders, with the following exclusions, framesets, bikes with an integrated seatpost, Trinity & Avow models, bikes with baskets, ARX & STP models, bikes with a MSRP of under £700, and sale/clearance bikes sub £1,000.
