Engineered to help you ride faster and smoother on the toughest trails, this all-new 29er has a lightweight, strong and stiff aluminum chassis with 29er-specific geometry and a plush ride thanks to its advanced new suspension setup. Longer travel Maestro suspension delivers 135mm of active rear travel that pairs perfectly with a 150mm fork. The Advanced Forged Composite rocker arm has a flip chip that allows you to adjust frame geometry and tailor the bike’s handling to your riding style and terrain. Choose steeper or slacker headtube/seattube angles and either a 30mm or 40mm bottom bracket drop to adjust the handling for your riding style and terrain. It’s all built around 29-inch wheels and lots of clearance (up to 2.5-inch tires) for maximum control on rugged trails.

A state-of-the-art, high-pressure molding process is used to produce a complex shaped carbon-fiber upper rocker arm that is lighter, stiffer and stronger than an aluminum version.

Trunnion Mount
Integrated shock mount produces a lower leverage ratio for increased pedaling and braking efficiency, plus a lower center of gravity and shorter chainstays for improved handling, climbing and agility.

Adjustable Frame Geometry
Flip chip lets you change the headtube and seattube angles, along with the bottom bracket height, to fine-tune the handling. You can choose the low position (65.5/77.2 head/seattube angle and 40mm BB drop) for faster, open terrain or high (66.2/77.9 head/seattube angle and 30mm BB drop) for slower, tighter singletrack.

Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/2” lower and 1 1/8” upper) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.

A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 92mm wide bottom-bracket design. Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.

SUSPENSION MAESTRO
Quatre points de pivot stratégiquement positionnés et deux biellettes travaillent ensemble pour créer un point de pivot flottant, pour un système de suspension actif, efficace et indépendant.
OVERDRIVE
Conçue pour améliorer la précision de la direction de la partie avant, cette technologie de pivot de fourche utilise des roulements surdimensionnés dans le jeu de direction (pour la route, inférieur 1 1/4", supérieur 1 1/8", et pour le tout-terrain, inférieur 1 1/2", supérieur 1 1/8") ainsi qu’un pivot de fourche conique, qui fonctionnent en association pour apporter une rigidité optimale de la direction.
POWERCORE
La partie surdimensionnée à l’extrême du boîtier de pédalier et des bases arrière comprend un boîtier de pédalier de 86 millimètres de large (92 millimètres pour les vélos tout-terrain) parfaitement intégré.
