It was special to experience such a big victory together with the people you like so much – I will cherish that moment for the rest of my life.”
Biggest cycling ambition
I used to dream about being a professional cyclist and now I’m living that dream. I’d like to become world champion and ride in the rainbow jersey for a year. And it must be a great feeling to ride on the Champs-Élysées after three weeks of hard work.

Liège-Bastogne-Liège and the world championships.
The Eyserbosweg. This short climb near Eys in the southern part of Holland keeps getting steeper as you approach the top.
