HURTIG RESPONS OG HASTIGHED
En opdateret Advanced Pro carbonramme leverer effektiv kraftoverførsel, der hjælper dig med at køre op ad stigninger og få hver en watt til at tælle. Den semi-integrerede baghjulsophæng reducerer vægten og giver plads til en ekstra vandflaske. TOTAL KONTROL
Den nye FlexPoint Pro-affjedring leverer 120 mm jævn, aktiv bagfjedervandring kombineret med en 120 mm forgaffel, der hjælper dig med at flyve ned ad ujævne nedkørsler og give gas på tekniske stigninger. En flip-chip giver dig mulighed for at finjustere håndteringen til alle typer XC-terræn. XCA 2 29 WheelSystem har robuste, 5 mm tykke, afrundede kanter, der hjælper med at afbøje vinklede stød og reducere risikoen for fælgskader og snit i dækkets sidevæg.
SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Giant konstruerede affjedringsprodukter – inklusive Crest XC Elite-dæmperen og Crest XC Comp-gaflen – er specialtunet til FlexPoint Pros affjedringskinematik. ADVANCED COMPOSITE
Raw carbon is woven in the Giant composite factory using advanced engineering and construction methods. Fully integrated inner molding creates a one-piece front triangle with minimal weight. Cold-blade cutting using fewer sections of composite allows for minimal overlapping, superior wall thickness control, and finely tuned frame stiffness.

FLEXPOINT PRO SUSPENSION
Developed as superlight rear suspension for XC bikes that demand efficiency, control and responsive handling, this 120mm single-pivot system is semi-integrated and attached beneath the top tube with a full-composite swingarm to minimize frame weight.

ADVANCED FORGED COMPOSITE
A high-pressure molding process is used to produce a complex shaped carbon-fiber upper rocker arm that is lighter, stiffer and stronger than an aluminum version.

ADJUSTABLE GEOMETRY
A two-position flip chip lets you adjust frame geometry and fine-tune the handling for your riding style and terrain. The High setting locks in a steeper head and seat tube angle for sharp, aggressive handling. The Low setting reduces those angles by a half-degree, offering slightly more relaxed handling for the most technical terrain.

TWO BOTTLES
The new frame design has space for a second water bottle. Integrated mounts on the seat tube allow you to carry more hydration without having to wear a pack — a major upgrade for marathon races or longer XC rides.

CREST FLOTRAC XC SHOCK
Purpose-built and tuned to complement the suspension kinematics of Giant XC bikes with an optimized air spring for full support across the stroke spectrum. Triple Flow Path technology regulates oil flow, ensuring optimal performance and ground contact in open, firm or lockout modes.

CREST XC COMP FORK
Optimized for fast, technical XC terrain, this longer travel 130mm fork features a twin-air spring system with small-bump sensitivity and a smooth, linear spring curve. The refined damper oil circuit flows freely, so the fork reacts quickly to terrain changes and gives you optimal tire contact and traction.

OVERDRIVE
Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system's oversized headset bearings (1 1/2" lower and 1 1/8" upper) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.

MEGADRIVE
A massive down tube and oversized top tube provide superior front end lateral and torsional stiffness. The precisely engineered, rectangular shaped down tube yields unprecedented steering precision and pedaling performance.

POWERCORE
A massively oversized bottom bracket area features a fully integrated, 92mm wide design. Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and increased stability on the non-driveside.

WIDE GUARD
Hookless rims designed with robust 5mm thick rounded edges to help deflect angled strikes and reduce the risk of rim damage and tire sidewall cuts. This design lets you run lower tire pressures for greater control and a reduced risk of punctures.
