How does the motor support on my riding?
The SyncDrive motor used in Giant City E-bikes provides smooth pedal assistance with enough torque to support everyday riding. The system measures pedaling input such as force and cadence, then adjusts support to help you accelerate, maintain speed and climb with less effort.
Can I connect my phone to my e-bike?
Yes. You can connect your smartphone through the RideControl App to track rides, check battery status, customize support modes, access additional ride data and activate connected features such as E-Lock and Apple Find My.
What is the new cockpit configuration with RideControl and RideDash Evo? How does it help my riding?
The cockpit combines RideControl buttons with the RideDash EVO display in a clean, integrated setup. It allows you to change support modes, view key ride information such as speed, range and battery status, and stay focused on the road with intuitive controls.
