Das neue Maestro-Federsystem bietet 5 mm mehr Federweg als die vorherige Generation, von 135 mm auf 140 mm. Der Trunnion Mount mit Advanced Forged Carbon-Wippe überzeugt mit einem längeren Hub und einem weichen, aktiven Fahrgefühl. In Kombination mit der 150 mm-Federgabel sorgt das Bike für überragendes Vertrauen und Kontrolle im technischem Singletrack-Gelände.
Mit dem dreistufigen Maestro-Flip-Chip kannst du die Rahmengeometrie auf deinen Fahrstil und das Terrain abstimmen. Die Einstellung „high“ bietet mehr Bodenfreiheit, eine gute Option für enges, technisches Gelände. Die Einstellung „low“ sorgt für einen flacheren Lenkkopfwinkel und ein niedrigeres Tretlager für ein sicheres Handling bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten. Die mittlere Position ist neutral. Darüber hinaus bietet ein neuer Steuersatz-Flip-Chip eine 10-mm-Reach-Einstellung.
Alle Modelle werden mit 29-Zoll-Vorder- und –Hinterrädern geliefert. Dank des Flip-Chips im Hinterbau kannst du dich ausserdem für ein gemischtes Laufrad-Setup mit 27.5 Zoll Hinterrad entscheiden. Das Standard-Setup mit 29 Zoll optimiert die Stabilität und das Überrollverhalten, während ein 27,5er-Hinterrad ein bissigeres Fahrgefühl und mehr Freiraum zwischen Sattel und Reifen bietet. Einige Fahrer bevorzugen dieses „Mullet“-Setup für steiles, technisches Terrain.

Der Rahmen ist mit zwei Flip Chips mit drei Positionen ausgestattet, die ultimative Vielseitigkeit und Einstellbarkeit bieten. Mit dem hinteren Flip-Chip an der Maestro Wippe kannst du die Rahmengeometrie anpassen und das Fahrverhalten auf Fahrstil und Gelände abstimmen. Mit einem zweiten Flip-Chip am Steuersatz lässt sich der Reach ganz einfach um 10 mm (-5 mm, 0 mm oder +5 mm) verstellen, ohne dass du deinen Vorbau austauschen musst. Ebenfalls neu ist ein integriertes Staufach im Unterrohr, in dem du deine wichtigsten Utensilien für den Trail verstauen kannst.

A high-pressure molding process is used to produce a complex shaped carbon-fiber upper rocker arm that is lighter, stiffer and stronger than an aluminum version.
Flip chip adjustability lets you switch between three settings depending on the terrain you are riding. You can select a 64.4, 64.8 or 65.1-degree head angle and corresponding 76.8, 77.2 or 77.5-degree seat tube angle, resulting in a 40, 35 or 30mm bottom bracket drop (size medium).
Three-position flip chip at the headset lets riders dial in cockpit dimensions and geometry. This modular system helps fine tune the bike’s handling and rider position using two positioning chips that can be removed and swapped to achieve a Short (-5mm), Mid (0mm) or Long (+5mm) reach.
Riders can choose either a 29- or 27.5-inch rear wheel, paired with a 29-inch front wheel. The larger 29-inch option improves stability and roll-over capabilities, while the 27.5 option delivers a more agile, snappier feel. It’s a quick and easy way to adjust the bike’s handling.
New integrated frame storage inside the down tube makes it easy to carry tools, snacks and other essentials. Mounts below the top tube offer an additional option for storage.
A massive down tube and oversized top tube work in unison to provide superior front end lateral and torsional stiffness. The precisely engineered, rectangular shaped down tube yields unprecedented steering precision and pedaling performance.
The driveside chainstay and down tube feature built-in protection against rocks and debris. A clear 3M protective strip on the underside of the head tube/down tube junction protects the frame when it’s loaded onto a shuttle vehicle.
Wider hub spacing (110mm front/148mm rear) results in stiffer wheels for added control plus more tire clearance and an improved chainline for optimal drivetrain performance.
