High-performance grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in our own composite factory. The mainframe and rear swingarm are handcrafted with monocoque construction for optimized stiffness-to-weight and an ultra-responsive ride quality.

Highlights
This versatile trail frame features a full composite front and rear triangle fitted with a new Maestro suspension system that offers 5mm more travel than the previous generation. The Advanced Forged Composite rocker arm has a flip chip that allows you to adjust frame geometry. Choose steeper or slacker head tube and seat tube angles and either a 35mm or 45mm bottom bracket drop to adjust the handling for your riding style and terrain.

Adjustable Frame Geometry
Flip chip adjustability lets you switch between two settings depending on the terrain you are riding. You can choose the low position for fast, aggressive terrain, or high for a more XC-oriented rider position.

Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/2” lower and 1 1/8” upper) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.

A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 92mm wide bottom-bracket design. Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.

ADVANCED COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGIE
GIANT's Hochleistungs-Carbonfaser wird verwendet, um dieses spezielle Carbon-Rahmenmaterial zu fertigen, das im eigenen Werk gewebt und verarbeitet wird und ein hervorragendes Steifheit-Gewichtsverhältnis aufweist. Mit diesem Hochdruck-Formverfahren werden Komponenten mit komplexen Formen produziert, die leichter und robuster sind als Teile aus Aluminium oder Standarad-Composite. Der Schlüssel zur Advanced Forged Composite-Technologie ist eine multidirektionale Carbon-Konstruktion und ein innovatives Formverfahren, bei dem extremer Druck eingesetzt wird.
Flip Chip - Maestro
Der Flip-Chip ermöglicht es dir, die Geometrie deines mit Maestro ausgestatteten Mountainbikes schnell anzupassen, um besser zu wissen, wie und wo du fährst. Er ermöglicht es dir, den Winkel des Steuerrohrs/Sitzrohrs und die Höhe des Tretlagers über exzentrische (versetzte, zweistufige) Hardware zu ändern, die sich am oberen Kipphebel befindet.
MAESTRO SUSPENSION TECHNOLOGIE
Vier strategisch positionierte Drehpunkte und zwei Anlekungen erzeugen zusammen einen einzigen schwimmenden Drehpunkt für das aktivste, effizienteste und unabhängigste Federungssystem auf dem Trail.
OVERDRIVE
Der Original-Oversized-Gabelschaft von GIANT. Für Lenkpräzision gebaut, liefern die extragrossen Steuersatzlager (1 1/4" unten, 1 1/8" oben für die Straße, 1 1/2" unten und 1 1/8" oben für Mountain) und der konische Gabelschaft optimale Steifigkeit im Vorderbau.
POWERCORE
Das PowerCore Innenlagergehäuse ist ein weiterer Punkt, der zur hohen Rahmensteifigkeit bei Giant beiträgt. Der weite Sitz der Innenlagerschalen und die gute Verbindung um MegaDrive Unterrohr erhöhen die Rahmensteifigkeit.
