Position: After Sales Quality Assurance (ASQA) - Contract

Location: North Vancouver, BC

Job Description: With customer service being our top priority, the associate must provide exemplary skills in both product knowledge and relationship building. Ability to work in a fast paced and energy filled environment, with a positive, team focused attitude is paramount.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resolving our dealers quality issues
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to our dealers, end consumers and internal team members
  • Create a client base of customer relationships
  • Order fulfillment for both part and service items
  • Manage and filter incoming information to standard requirements
  • Communicate with our factories regarding quality issues
  • Assist in rework projects
  • Prioritize fluctuating workload
  • Assist with yearly inventory count

Job Requirements:

  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Must have exceptional people skills
  • Technical knowledge of bicycles and components
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Must work well independently as well as with a team environment
  • Detail oriented and good organizational skills
  • Understanding of business work flow
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and be results-oriented
  • French language skills beneficial
  • Microsoft AX system experience is an asset
