High Performance grade raw carbon fiber and Giant’s proprietary resin formula are used to produce custom composite material in our own composite factory that is extremely lightweight, stiff and compliant.

FastRoad Advanced
SPEED MEETS STABILITY
Highlights
From fitness rides to effortless commutes, FastRoad Advanced is a quick, efficient and fun way to go. It blends the speed of a performance road machine with the smooth-riding stability of a flat-bar bike. The frame is made with Giant’s Advanced Composite material, which gives it a light, responsive ride quality. The innovative D-Fuse seatpost helps soak up bumps and road vibrations, and ergo bar ends keep your hands comfortable on longer rides. The fast-rolling wheels can fit high-volume tires up to 32c, and they’re tubeless ready so you get a smoother ride, more grip, and fewer flat tires.

Advanced Grade Composite Frame
OverDrive
Giant’s original oversized fork steerer tube technology. Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/4” lower and 1 1/8” upper ) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.
PowerCore
A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter wide bottom-bracket design. Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.
Flat Bar Positioning
Frame geometry is specifically engineered to produce a balanced feel that blends stable flat-bar positioning with speed and road acceleration.
D-Fuse Seatpost
This proprietary composite seatpost with a D-shaped shaft dampens vibrations, resulting in a smooth, compliant ride quality.
Ergo Max Bar End
The reengineered bar-end features a new ergo shape and integrated soft rubber on the palm zone to dampen vibrations.
Smart Mounting System
Rack mount is compatible with third party racks, making it versatile for various frame bags and accessories.

Techs & Features
Advanced Composite Technology
Giant’s High Performance Grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in our own composite factory with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front triangle of these framesets is assembled and molded as one continuous piece in a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.
OverDrive
Giant’s original oversized fork steerer tube technology. Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/4” lower and 1 1/8” upper for road, 1 1/2” lower and 1 1/8” upper for mountain) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.
PowerCore
A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter wide bottom-bracket design (92-millimeter wide for off-road bikes). Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.
