Jeder Rahmen wird individuell auf seine Größe abgestimmt. Individuelle Verbundwerkstoff-Layouts werden erstellt, um die vertikale Nachgiebigkeit zu optimieren und ein geschmeidigeres Fahrverhalten im XC-Gelände zu erreichen.
With World Cup pedigree and a progressive frame design, this is the lightest off-road machine ever built by Giant. The chassis is handcrafted with pro-level Advanced SL composite, featuring geometry made to optimize its fast-rolling 29-inch wheels. Every frame is custom assembled with a specific composite layup schedule that varies according to frame size. The result is supercharged climbing efficiency, smooth handling through roots, rocks and ruts, and uncompromising performance to match your XC obsession.
Professional-grade raw carbon material is woven in our own composite factory using our most advanced engineering and construction methods including Continuous Fiber Technology to add strength while reducing weight and Carbon Nanotube resin to improve impact resistance.
Frameset features special tubing shapes designed to minimize weight, optimize stiffness, and improve the bike’s handling on XC terrain.
Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, this system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/2” lower and 1 1/8”) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.
Large cable ports and tool-free bottom bracket guide ensure easy cable installation while minimizing frame weight.
A massive rectangular downtube and oversized toptube work in unison to provide superior front end lateral and torsional steering precision. The precisely engineered, rectangular shaped downtube yields unprecedented steering and pedaling stiffness.
Integrated Tubeless WheelSystem and tires delivers improved efficiency, comfort and control in the most user-friendly and reliable system.
Wider hub spacing (110mm front / 148mm rear) results in stiffer wheels for added control plus more tire clearance and an improved chainline for optimal drivetrain performance.
