Renshaw Gets His First Win for Rabobank!
25 апреля 2012
Australian sprinter Mark Renshaw gave Rabobank its second stage win of the 2012 Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey, powering his Giant TCR Advanced SL to a hard-fought photo-finish win in Wednesday's 132km Stage 4.
For Renshaw, who joined the Rabobank squad before the start of the 2012 season, it was a breakthrough victory. It was his first win of the season and first as a member of the Rabobank squad.
The hilly stage from Fethiye to the resort town of Marmaris featured several tough climbs and ended with a bunch sprint among those who were able to stay in the front group. Rabobank had four riders in that front group to help deliver Renshaw to the line, where he edged out fellow Australian Matthew Goss for the win.
