Theo Bos of the Rabobank team finished off a week of racing at the Presidential Tour of Turkey the same way he started it: with a win. The multi-time track racing world champion was unbeatable Sunday as he powered his Giant TCR Advanced SL to the win on a circuit race that was tailor-made for the sprinters.

Bos’s win in the 121km circuit race in Istanbul was the third of the week for Rabobank in Turkey. Bos won Stages 1 and 8, and his Australian teammate Mark Renshaw won Stage 4.

The final stage of the weeklong race in Turkey was an eight-lap circuit race in downtown Istanbul. A four-man breakaway formed early, gaining a maximum lead of about three and a half minutes before Rabobank took over the chase to set Bos up for the win. A crash with 3km to go made for a chaotic sprint but Bos shot ahead and held on for the win.
