Dinamo Cycling Team was created in 1948 as a cycling club within Dinamo Bucharest Sports Club. It is the oldest active cycling organization in Romania.

Dinamo Cycling Team continues to maintain a high performance level, both in national and international competitions:
- 3 stage wins in Tour of Turkey
- Champion of Tour of Romania 2010
- Multiple national championship titles in road, track and mountain bike
