It's been awwhile since I've sent out a mass email like this. Normally it's for my monthly race blogs. Well, this time it's a short note after another long day of therapy here at Craig Hospital.

Anyway, this clip is from the CBS TV interview I did a couple weeks ago with Greg Moody. He was a good guy and I thought the interview went well. Take a look. I hope you like it.
