WHAT TO DO
1) Purchase any 2008 Maestro suspension bicycle from a participating Maestro Mayhem Dealer. Find your dealer and look for the Maestro Icon
2) Get your free Maestro Goodie Bag, while supplies last.
3) Work with your bike sales person to fill out this official entry form and attach a copy of your sales receipt.
4) Your dealer will submit your completed form to Giant by the July 31, 2008 deadline.
5) Bicycle purchase must be between April 21, 2008 and July 20, 2008 and is limited to 2008 models.
6) Winners will be announced on or about August 29, 2008
MAESTRO MAYHEM SWEEPSTAKES
Purchase any 2008 Giant Maestro bicycle from a participating Maestro Mayhem dealer in the U.S.A. between April 21, 2008 and July 20, 2008. Fill out an official entry form from the dealer and attach a copy of your sales receipt. The dealer will submit your entry form to Giant Bicycle, 3587 Old Conejo Rd, Newbury Park, CA 91320 by the August 8, 2008 deadline. Open to U.S. residents only.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of August 29, 2008. Employees of Giant Bicycle, Inc, and its dealers, subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as such employees’ spouses and other members of such employees’ households, are not eligible to participate. This promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3 PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a trip-for-two to Northstar at Tahoe Resort & Mountain Bike park (northstarattahoe.com) for 5 days/ 4 nights lodging from June 2009 thru September 2009, airfare, ground transportation and a $500 meal allowance. (Approximate Retail Value $4000.00). All other expenses and taxes are the responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prizes is offered, no transfer to a third party is permitted; and may not be redeemed for cash value. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about August 29, 2008 from all eligible entries. All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries. Each winner will be notified by mail, telephone, and/or in person. If a winner cannot be notified, for any reason beyond the control of Sponsor, his/her prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are non-transferable, and no prize substitution is permitted; and may not be redeemed for cash value.
