GIANT’S KEITH KETTERER WINS GOLD MEDAL AT TRACK MASTERS WORLDS
|
Giant Inside Sales Rep Keith Ketterer has slipped on the Rainbow Jersey at the UCI Track Cycling Masters World Championships in Sangalhos, Portugal. KK - as he’s known to his friends and co-workers - won the Men’s 55-59 2000m Individual Pursuit Gold Medal.
KK spends hours and hours training, both on the road and the ovals around southern California, as well as working full time at Giant. He sometimes trades shifts with other members of the Inside Sales staff to keep on his training schedule.
After 13 hours of qualifying heats and the final round on Wednesday, KK climbed the top step on the podium, and then sent this email to everyone at Giant:
“Could you please pass the word that my new Rainbow Jersey fits really well? And thank all my Giant co-workers in sales, thanks for all their support. This would not have happened without it.”
