2013 Avail Advanced SL: Liv/giant’s Lightest, Stiffest Road Bike
August 16, 2012
Avail women’s road bikes from Liv/giant are known for unmatched comfort and long-distance pedaling performance. New for 2013, Liv/giant offers a new premium-level endurance road model, the Avail Advanced SL!
Available this fall, the Avail Advanced SL is the lightest frame from Liv/giant. (In fact, at just 799 grams for a size Small, it’s the lightest frame in the Giant catalog.)
The Avail Advanced SL delivers increased efficiency and improved handling for female cyclists. Utilizing Liv/giant’s 3F philosophy of Fit, Form, and Function, the Avail Advanced SL features integrated seatpost technology for comfort, efficiency and weight reduction. It also utilizes Liv/giant’s proven women’s-specific Avail geometry, which ensures that female riders are properly balanced over the bottom bracket for optimal comfort and pedaling efficiency. And the Advanced SL-grade composite frame is built with a women’s-specific layup to provide the smoothest, most responsive ride possible.
The Liv/giant Avail Advanced SL comes in two models. The Avail Advanced SL 0 (ARP $6,900) delivers a premium performance package, with complete Shimano Dura-Ace componentry. The Avail Advanced SL 1 (ARP $5,350) is the electronic shifting option, with Shimano Ultegra Di2 as its component spec. Both models are available in XS-L sizes.
These bikes will be available in November, but you can visit your local Liv/giant retailer for details on how to order your Avail Advanced SL now!
