Giant’s original oversized fork steerer tube technology. Designed to provide solid front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.
As the pioneer of the integrated seatpost, Giant continues to improve its original design with lighter weight (approximately 45 grams of weight savings, compared to a standard composite seatpost), improved aerodynamics and an even greater “tuned” forgiving ride feel. An adjustable saddle clamp offers 10 or 23 millimeters of offset for precise saddle position.
Advanced SL toptubes are “grafted” to the seattube using filament winding and co-molding. This complex process involves hand weaving the two tubes together, then re-molding the area under heat and high pressure to unify the junction—resulting in a lighter, stronger junction than with traditional molding.
A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter-wide bottom-bracket design. Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.
Increased Rear Wheel Clearance
Helps shed dirt and mud so the goop remains on the trail, not on your bike.
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was used to create tube shapes that enhance the performance and ride quality for cyclocross racing. Most tube diameters are smaller, creating a more compliant, ride-tuned bike that “flows” through tight corners and constantly changing terrain. Other touches include a flattened and smoother toptube shape for easier shouldering.

|Weight||The most accurate way to determine any bike’s weight is to have your local dealer weigh it for you. Many brands strive to list the lowest possible weight, but in reality weight can vary based on size, finish, hardware and accessories. All Giant bikes are designed for best-in-class weight and ride quality.|
