A guiding principle that’s at the heart of every Liv/giant bike: Fit, Form, Function. The Envie Advanced features women’s-specific frame geometry (shorter, more sloping top tube) components (women’s-specific saddle, stem length, and bar width) to optimize performance for women riders.
Proprietary braking system offers powerful, aerodynamic stopping power. A composite reverse-position front brake and seatstay-mounted rear brake are hidden from the wind. The system also features strategic trailing edges that further improve aerodynamics.
AeroSystem Shaping Technology
Data compiled from Computational Fluid Dynamics research and wind-tunnel tests was utilized to optimize the shape of every frameset tube and junction for overall system aerodynamics.
T-700 carbon fiber. High-performance raw carbon fiber is used to create this custom composite frame material that is woven and processed in Giant’s own composite factory. The Envie Advanced features a handcrafted women’s-specific composite lay-up for ideal stiffness and ride quality.
Giant’s innovative oversized fork steerer-tube design increases front-end stiffness and enhances steering performance. The tapered steerer and oversized bearings (1 1/4-inch top, 1 1/2-inch bottom) boost torsional steering stiffness so you can sprint and corner with supreme precision.
A massively oversized bottom-bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 86-millimeter-wide bottom-bracket design. Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the driveside and stability on the non-driveside.
Giant’s chainstay integrated, wireless data transmitter. The fully integrated, removable transmitter sends wheelspeed and cadence information directly to any ANT+ compatible computer.
The world’s first true women’s-specific aerodynamic road bike. Liv/giant’s women’s geometry and a stiff, lightweight aero frame provide a shamelessly fast competitive edge for road races, time trials, and triathlons.

|Weight||The most accurate way to determine any bike’s weight is to have your local dealer weigh it for you. Many brands strive to list the lowest possible weight, but in reality weight can vary based on size, finish, hardware and accessories. All Giant bikes are designed for best-in-class weight and ride quality.|
