Jody gets to grips with his new Giant machines!
World and Paralympic Champion meets the rides that will take him to The Games
With less than 500 days until the rapidly approaching Paralympic Games Jody Cundy’s preparations are well underway. Following the recent World Championships Jody is heading down under for the 1st round of the Paracycling Road World Cup Series in Sydney where he is hoping to score vital qualification points for London.
Jody is part of a small 8 strong team currently at an acclimatisation camp in Wollongong before heading to Sydney’s Eastern Creek raceway for a 75.6km road race before a 24.8km technical time trial around the Sydney Olympic park in Homebush Bay.
He is hoping that his new bikes of choice will give him the edge – he recently took delivery of a Giant TCR Advanced SL road bike and a Giant Trinity Advanced SL time-trial bike!
