LUKE GRIVELL MELLOR RIDES GIANT IN TABOR
Selected for the first time for the Great Britain - Sky Cycling Team, Luke Grivell - Mellor was placed 50th in the World Cyclo Cross Championships at Tabor recently, riding his Giant TCX frameset sponsored by Dave Mellor Cycles of Shrewsbury.

The start in Cyclo Cross is all important and Luke started from the back row in 64th position and rode and ran strongly to move up the field for his final finish position. The race was won by a local Czech rider very much at home in the icy conditions, who was joined in the top 10 by riders who all started on the first two rows.

Luke is enthusiastic about making the team next year and is hoping to travel to Europe prior to next years Championship to gain vital ranking points and get that all important front row start row position.
