A multi-time World Champion on the road and track, as well as cyclocross, Vos serves as the leader of the Rabobank Women's Team. The 25-year-old got her start in mountain bike racing. In her first year competing as a junior, she won national titles in both mountain biking and road racing. In 2006, her first year in the elite ranks, she won two world titles—on the road and in cyclocross. She was only 19. Since then Vos has continued her rise through the ranks, collecting more rainbow stripes in all different disciplines. With the new Rabobank Women's Team, she is focused on trying to win major stage races, World Cups and the 2012 London Olympics.
