As many of you would already be aware overnight we received the devastating news that James Williamson has passed away in South Africa while competing in the Cape Epic MTB Stage race.
Our deepest commiserations go out to his family, girlfriend Niki and close friends.
While James was an awesome athlete and a respected member of the Mountain Bike community he will also be remembered as simply being a great bloke, one of the nicest people you would ever come across.
James has become an integral part of the Giant family over the past 6 years and a great friend to many of us.
This is a tribute to James Williamson.
