Overview

DEVELOPED IN THE WIND TUNNEL, PROVEN ON THE ROADS OF KONA. GIVE YOURSELF THE ULTIMATE ADVANTAGE IN THE RACE AGAINST THE CLOCK.

Years of engineering, wind-tunnel analysis and pro-athlete feedback created a bike that delivered Ironman pro Timo Bracht to his best times ever. The frame features Advanced SL-grade composite, radically shaped to cheat the wind. The AeroDrive stem/handlebar unit has been imitated but never duplicated, and the integrated SpeedControl brakes maintain the bike’s slippery profile. And talk about efficient-every pedal stroke is maximized by the super-stiff PowerCore bottom bracket.

WeightHow much does this bike weigh? It’s a common question, and rightly so. But the truth is, there are no industry standards for claiming bike weights—and this leads to a lot of misinformation. Variances exist based on size, frame material, finish and hardware. And as bikes get lighter, these differences become more critical. At Giant, we believe the only way to truly know the weight of any particular bike is to find out for yourself at your local retailer.
