Hammond takes High Road's first win

Roger Hammond took Team High Road's first ever victory when he won the British 'cross championship on Sunday 6th Jan. He also unveiled the team's new black kit. However this new team kit is the winter version for training only, a new summer race strip will be un-veiled later in the spring.

Roger Hammond (January 30, 1974) is an English bicycle racer, specializing in cyclo-cross and road cycling. He was the British Road champion in 2003 and 2004. He currently rides in the Team High Road. He won the stage win in tour of Britain in 2005 and 2006. On 6th Jan 2008 Hammond won his the seventh times champions in the British 'cross championship.
